Obituary of Megan Amanda Amaya

It is with great sadness that our family must announce the death of Megan Amaya. Megan Amanda Ball was born December 22, 1976 in Caldwell Idaho to Jeff Bigley and Laura Ball. Megan went to New Plymouth Elementary, Middle and High School. She enjoyed cheerleading and playing volleyball. After high school Megan would go on to have three children, Alaundrah Amaya, Kiara Barbee and Gavin Perez. Megan cared deeply about her children, she shared their achievements with all her friends and supported her children in everything they did. She recently became a grandma as well, she enjoyed being outdoors with her grandson and spending time with him. Megan had many passions in which she shared with her friends and family. She enjoyed painting and upholstery; she loved puzzles, coloring, and music. Megan also enjoyed collecting antiques; she collected Ball Jars, Marbles and Vintage Insulators. Megan loved animals; she would help any animal in need. And fostered many dogs over the years. Megan was a caring woman. She would've given the shirt off her own back to help a stranger in need. Anyone who met Megan recognized she cared about the little things in life. She loved helping others. Which led her to her career path as a residential cleaner. Megan started working for Extra Clean LLC, and later started her own side business called "A Girl and Her Broom". Megan took pride in her work. She paid attention to detail and cared about getting the job done right instead of quickly. Megan's family said they always knew if Megan had come by. Any dishes that weren't done, had been washed and put away, bed made, clothes hung up, roses trimmed, she liked making other people's lives easier. Megan enjoyed going to the Coast. She always said she would like her ashes to be spread there, the family will be making a trip to fulfill her wish. Megan is survived by her mother Laura Johnson; uncles Al Ball and Randy Ball; daughters Alaundrah Amaya and Kiara Barbee; her son Gavin Perez; her grandson Jaxton Amaya; her lifelong partner Nicholas Dunbrasky; and many other loving friends. Megan is preceded in death by her grandmother Betty Ball; grandfather Harvey Ball; her father Jeff Bigley; step-father Walter Johnson; her uncle Matt Ball; and her aunt Pam Ball. Service Details.
