Obituary of Manis Donald Petersen Jr.

Manis Donald Petersen Jr., "Donnie" "Pete", was born March 7, 1961 in Caldwell Idaho to Eva and Manis Petersen. He passed away at home on December 12, 2021 at age 61. Don had his own painting and construction business. He also worked in farming and the oil fields when he was younger. He enjoyed fishing and golfing with his friends Whit and Bo. He enjoyed spending time with Janet, his soul mate who died in April of 2021 as well as his many friends. He was an exceptional basketball and football player and helped lead Parma High to many League championships. He is survived by his sisters Doris (Phil) Smith and Debbie (Roger) Van Zelf as well as nieces and nephews. A celebration of life and dinner will be provided for friends and family at the Parma Senior Center on October 1 at 2 pm. We are looking forward to sharing stories and time with everyone.
