Obituary of Stephan Owen

              Steve H. Owen, age 70, of Fruitland, ID formerly of Yuba City, California died June 20, 2023 in Fruitland, Idaho Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette, Idaho.

Stephan was born on December 23, 1952 in Yuba City, California to Hiley Francis and Dorothy Louis (Pratt) Owen.

            He attended Yuba City High School. He worked for a heating company until he retired. He joined the US Navy in 1973. He served on the USS Oriskany. In 1976 he was Honorably Discharged.

            Stephan loved fishing, hunting, trapping, finding old bottles, metal detecting, and playing his guitar. He was a hero to his wife Wendy Owen.

            Stephan beloved husband, is survived by his wife, Wendy (Gwen) Owen and his brother, Vernon Roper.
