Obituary of William Earl Guthrie

WIlliam "Butch" Guthrie, 77, of Payette passed away September 25, 2023 in Payette.  William was preceded in death by his parents Norman Clifford Guthrie and Montie Loriane Guthrie and his brother Norman Clifford Guthrie Jr.  

He leaves behind his loving wife Judy Guthrie of Payette, sister Ellen Zellmer of Joplin, Missouri.  Children Darrell Guthrie, Council, Idaho, Tanya Wilson, Payette, Idaho, Melissa Porter, Payette, Idaho and their spouses.  He also leaves behind 8 grandchildren, 86 great grandchildren, 1 great great grand child, and  many neices and nephews.

 Please come join us as we celebrate Butch with Military Honors and viewing on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Shaffer Jensen Memory Chapel.   His grandson Darrell A. Guthrie Jr will be a part of the special team performing the flag honors.  A Celebration of Life will be held, Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 12300 Hwy 95 in Payette from Noon to 6:00 pm
