Obituary of Joshua Thornburg

Joshua Adam Thornburg, age 47, left this world on Saturday, October 7^th, 2023, doing what he loved most, taking in the scenes of beautiful rural Idaho on his motorcycle.

Joshua was well known to all as a motorcycle-loving, gun nut, gear collector, ever the protector, computer nerd, family first kind of guy. He would give you the shirt off his back, take in a stray cat, 2 to be exact (yes, he was really the crazy cat guy), and do all he could to make this world a better place. Joshua’s most serious jobs were to make up for all the shenanigans of his youth to his parents, to be “Mr. Wonderful” husband to Barbie, always remain “The Favorite Uncle”, and be the best friend he could be to all. Joshua loved well, gave plenty, and was NERD of much.

Joshua will be remembered by his cherished wife Barbara “Barbie”, 2 fur babies, parents Robert and Bonnie Thornburg, brothers, and families: Jonathan, Adina, David and Daniel Thornburg, Jeremiah, Hong, and Bobbie Thornburg, Adrien, Susan, Cole, and Xander Romero, Gary Thornburg, Joe Thornburg, Sister-in-law, and family Amy, Rianna, and Jacob Thornburg, along with countless close friends.
